Skymark Airlines B737NG Captain - Type Rated and Non-Type Rated

We are excited to partner with Skymark Airlines to recruit B737NG Captains. Commencing operations in 1998, Skymark was the first LCC established in Japan and is based in Haneda, the airport closest to the center of Tokyo. The airline operates scheduled passenger services throughout Japan with a fleet of B737-800 aircraft. Skymark has shown strong performance in recent years and is seeking experienced Boeing and Airbus pilots to join them with excellent benefits on offer. This is a great opportunity to secure a highly regarded JCAB (Japan) license and advance your career in beautiful Japan. Note that the next 2 screenings will be in Tokyo on June 4-5 and June 18-20 (travel days not included) - please confirm your availability for the screenings in June when apply. Pilot Benefits Include For a commute enjoy up to 10 consecutive days-off per month, and upon the airline's approval, you can add some (1-3) of your annual leave days to achieve a longer consecutive days-off. Our client is a pioneer in New Zealand's air transportation scene providing both RPT and Charter services throughout the region.  They are currently searching for a driven and strategic Head of Flight Operations to oversee flight operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the continued success of the airline. This position is a full-time role in New Zealand and relocation will be necessary. Suitable candidates with the right attitude and aptitude may be considered for visa sponsorships.   Job Responsibilities Lead all aspects of flight operations to ensure regulatory compliance with NZCAA and the organisation's airline exposition. Shape and execute strategic fleet renewal, charter expansion, and new route development plans. Oversee crew recruitment, training, and professional development, ensuring a continuous cultivation of top-tier talent. Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align operational performance with business objectives. Maintain and enhance Safety Management Systems (SMS) and operational procedures to uphold the highest safety standards. Effectively manage and communicate business needs to department heads, including Training & Standards, Operations Control, Fleet Management, and Cabin Crew Management.   Job Requirements A CAA Senior Person (or foreign equivalent) with extensive experience in aviation operations and regulatory compliance. Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with experience on turboprop operations. Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field At least 3 years of management/postholder experience in a Part 121 operational position. Relevant Safety Management Systems Training. Rishworth Aviation is currently seeking B787 Captains for Korean Air for this well regarded 5 year renewable worldwide commuting Contract. Screening: Early 2025  *Screening includes Simulator Evaluation, Physical Examination, Psychometric Test and Interview. Screening will be scheduled once or twice a month / detailed dates will be informed accordingly.  Korean Air's Minimum Requirements for Applications: Valid B787 Type Rating  1000+ PIC hours on B787 (or 500 hours on B787 as Captain, plus 1000 B787 First Officer hours) 2500+ total PIC hours multi-crew commercial jet 5000+ total hours multi crew commercial jet hours  7000+ total flight hours  Flown on B787 as PIC within 12 months (or 24 months if current on any other multi crew jet)  Under 60 years of age at the date of joining  High School Certificate/Diploma   ICAO English Level Proficiency Level 5 or above Rishworth Aviation has for over 25 years been the largest provider of expatriate Pilots to Korean Air, with many Pilots working at Korean Air for over 15 years.
